This website

This website does not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. The fonts are hosted on this website, so your browser does not contact Google to load them.

The website is hosted by Netlify. To deliver the pages, the hosting provider may process technical data such as your IP address and browser type. You can read how Netlify handles this in its privacy policy.

Booking a call

The "Book a call" button opens Calendly, a scheduling service run by another company. The details you enter there go to Calendly, and its privacy policy applies.

Links to other websites

This site links to LinkedIn and to other websites. Those sites have their own privacy policies.

If you email me

When you email me, I use your name, your email address and your message only to reply and to talk about a possible project.

The legal basis is that I need to reply to your message to see whether a project together is possible.

I keep your messages for up to 1 year after our last contact, then I delete them, unless the law requires me to keep them longer. I do not add your email address to a newsletter or mailing list without your separate consent.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data I hold about you. You can also object to how I use it, and ask for a copy of it. To do so, email maria@healthtechstudio.com.

You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

I may update this note. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
